This class will turn ON every muscle in your body! A total-body workout that will leave you sweaty and happy, Figure4 targets 4 major body parts — Arms, Abs, Butt and Thighs.

Pull out your mat and get ready to strengthen your body! Every class follows a series of movements that help build, sculpt and tone muscles, giving your body a long, lean look.

Is there a discount if I refer a friend?

Yes, we offer referral discounts for members at Soul to Sole. Each friend you refer who takes up a monthly membership entitles you to 2 extra sessions in your plan.

What do i need to carry with me for a workout?

Comfort is the key! So slip into your track pants and sports shoes. We encourage you to carry a bottle of water and a big smile 🙂

Do i have to be able to dance to do zumba and is there an age limit ?

No prior experience in dancing is needed. Just be ready to break a sweat and have loads of fun! All age groups are welcome to our classes! Just make sure to inform your trainers about your injuries if any.

How does the system of attending classes at Soul to Sole work?

We have a very flexible system which allows you to decide your own combination of workouts and their frequency based on our schedule. In case you miss a class you can always come and cover it up that week!
